Mission
To facilitate a revolution in interactive ideation by engaging, enabling, and empowering innovative minds.
Vision
My vision is to promote a collaborative and inclusive culture among my peers and clients. A culture of like-minded creators, innovators and free thinkers based on collective knowledge. A culture aimed at individual and mutual growth as well as fair and honest practise. Because sharing is caring.
Values
Understanding Urgency and Focus
I aim to uphold the trust of my clients, by constantly communicating realistic expectations and delivering timeous and consistent results. While I am not perfect, I understand that my clients entrust me with their money, their businesses, and their livelihoods. I understand that false expectations result in losses. I take that responsibility seriously and will try my best to always deliver.
Change is Inevitable and Welcomed
I always want to make sure things are done the right way. However, the right way will constantly evolve, and I will not always have the answers. Input from all parties is always welcome and will always be explored with an open mind. At the end of the day, being useful to the client is more important than being right.
The Necessity of Collaboration
The segregation of processes and participation is archaic. While the expertise of a relevant party will no doubt be valuable, it is proven that the experience and opinion of someone out of depth will be just as important as it provides insight from an unconditioned view. I recognise that in order for us to truly understand the needs of the project we must pay attention to the input of all parties. Business people, creatives and developers must work together daily throughout the project. A team that is involved and engaged, is a team that is motivated.
Trust and Communication
While building projects around motivated individuals and teams and keeping that motivation fed is extremely important, it is just as important to not fall into micromanagement. Motivated teams or individuals can quickly be stripped of that motivation due to a lack of trust in their ability. I believe that we need to allow our peers, colleagues, and employees the space they need to spread their wings. We need to clearly communicate the goals, objectives, and expectations at hand so there is no room for misunderstanding, and then allow them to find their process. We need to give them the environment and support they need. And we need to practise placing our trust in them to get the job done.
Working Solutions Facilitate Successful Ideas
The measure of success will always be a working solution. The goal is to reflect and review until a sustainable outcome is delivered. I believe in simplicity and effectiveness. At the end of the day the solution is the product you hand over, and there is no success in a client who is unable to operate their solution. The job is not done until we have revisited every adjustment to make the solution as seamless as possible. After all, I want to facilitate ideas that could possibly change the world. It would be a shame to have them lost in an inefficient operation.
